My husband and son have been going here since we moved in the area years ago! Great friendly atmosphere and best cuts in town! Hands down the best in the area! Prices are reasonable and place is spacious.
Called but no answer. Very good barbers there. Just can't call to make an appointment. They don't answer
I'm conflicted writing this review because I liked the haircut and think he did a great job paying attention to detail, but his customer service was seriously lacking. I expect the person cutting my hair to be friendly, welcoming, and professional and he was not any of those things. I would probably go back again, however. If I have a better experience I will change my rating but as it stands now it was an uncomfortable experience
I walked in to get my son a haircut. I was first welcomed by the pleasant scent of marijuana. I was told by one barber they were booked up (although there was no one there). Another barber directed me to an app to book his 3:00 time slot (again, no one was there). I guess they have breaks in between to light it up. My son takes priority over drugs. #notmybarber
Guys are cool, fun, chill, Puerto Rican mastermind artists. Their barber skills are great.
Went 4 times, finally set an appointment and when I went to my appointment at 4p.m. the next day all doors were locked and they left me hanging. Went across the street to the salon. I was hoping for the straight razor hot foam shave but they blew me off several times and didn't care about setting me up for an actual appointment and then not being open at the time they had appointed to me to show up. Lack of respect to their potential loyal customer. Just sad..
This place is a joke. I honestly don't know how they are still even open. Very strong odor or marijuana as soon as you walk in the door. So strong I felt high for the very few minutes that I was there. Very disturbing considered there were several children sitting inside the shop.
I have taken my son here for over a year now. My son refuses to go anywhere else. We moved an hour away and I drive back to Tight fades to have my sons hair done. The brothers are all amazing. I have been in other barber shops and felt out of place as a mom never felt that way here.
