I came here to get my birthday nails done. I got there at four o clock. I requested for a full set and pedicure. I got my pedicure done. My pedicure was finished at 5:30. I waited an hour just for them to tell me them they couldn’t give me a full set because they almost closing and she did a rushed job so she can go home I called to get them fixed the next day and they told me they were booked and hung up on my face . I never had a problem with them until now . I paid 118$ to be left unsatisfied
Tried this place for a second time. I think she did a great job again, I didn't get the name of my nail technician. My last set lasted over a month. I love the color options they have for dip, I am more into the subtle light colors.
Horrible outcome. I went in, waited 40 minutes and once seated the tech rushed and started on someone else while doing mine. During pedicure she messed up my nail and decided to paint over instead of removing it and starting fresh. I mentioned that it looked bumpy and she got upset and redid it. After a day of having this pedicure this is the outcome. Chipped nails
I called on Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Sunday. Jeff was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. We got there on Sunday and it looked clean. Arrived 20 minutes early and waited no more than 10 minutes before we were seated in the spa chair. It was very peaceful, friendly staff and I would say average prices. Great customer service: I saw Jeff give 2 kids some treats while they waited with their mother. Very happy to see they care for their customers. They were super busy this particular morning but very organized.
Only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 was because we were seated in one of the spa chairs that was not working (which the person I was with didn't mind) but it was their first time getting a pedicure and was expecting them to receive the full experience. Just my luck!
I received both manicure and pedicure. Wendy did an amazing job - I only had to correct a few things because I am picky with my nails (especially toes). Overall services was great and I will be visiting again.
Travel from Florida to Cali for a family gathering. I didn't have enough time to get my nails filled back home. I looked up the closes nail salon. My nail tech Wendy' was nice.
Update. My nails broke in less than 4 days. Unfortunately I was already back home.
I go and see Lily every two weeks and sometimes every week if I need to. I am very picky and can be OCD with how my nails and toes look, along with the quality of the work. Lily is always doing a great job and always going over and beyond to ensure I’m happy with the outcome. I’ve gone to all the salons in this upper Fontana area, since 2016 & so far this is where I can consistently go for quality work. The others seem to constantly switch up and only every so often give good service and work. I needed to be able to consistently be able to rely on good work.
I moved to Fontana late last year & was in search for a good nail tech. I went to four other salons before I found Professionail & I am SO HAPPY with their work. My first service was three days after going to another shop & they fixed the bad job I got & gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. They are friendly, professional, and very skilled. The shop is clean & in a great neighborhood shopping center.
They have a great staff I know the owner he’s awesome his name is David, I’ve been knowing them for 8 years there like family I love getting my nails and pedicures there????????????????????????
