The nail polish chipped off and the gentleman fixed it but now it is 3 nails and he won't refund me my money. And it was less than a week. Never again will I use them. I got them done for my wedding and he put a brighter color on after I showed him what I wanted.This was after I clipped and filed them cause they where growing out this should have never happened. You just lost a customer.
I haven't went here in years so i decided to go in Jan 2023. I was not impressed. The no-chip gel manicure was decent but she added a nail dip without me asking. She said my nails were thin and I inquired if they still honored a week of no chipping and fixing it it at no charge. I remember them doing this years back, she had no idea what i was talking about. I only wanted a no-chip french manicure and specified this to her so I was confused why she did a dip. And then charged me for it at the end. I was very confused. Also, they do not allow tipping on cards, only cash. Very outdated way of doing business. I probably will not be back.
I literally have been waiting for over an hour and they didn’t acknowledge my existence. I understand if people have appointments but it’s the lack of appreciation for the business you do have. Take down the walk in’s welcome sign if you can’t accommodate. Also communicate. They actually took me to a chair then said oh never mind when another person came back. What a waste of my time.
Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. Walked in and asked for an ombré French tip with longer coffin shaped nails...the lady said that she could do this for me and sat me down. Everything was going wonderful until she began shaving the nail with her tools. She was taking all of the ombré off and I had voiced my concerns, she said that she could fix them but an hour and a half later told me that she couldn’t fix them and that she had to take the nails off...she cut my long nails off and told me she’d file them and that I’d have to come back to get the rest removed. I left with horrible looking, jagged, dry nails. I ended up returning shortly after for SOMEONE to fix my nails because they just looked so awful. Another woman fixed my nails the exact way the other woman said she could not....spent 4 HOURS here and still did not leave with the nails I wanted. I do not recommend coming here
Most relaxing pedi Ive gotten in awhile, this guy is AMAZING! The chairs are ALSO amazing, partly because the massage is perfect but maily because the chair holds up your legs!
They have plexi glass up everywhere as well.

Properly prepared for my business trip!
I went to get a pedicure and they had a sign up that said they could not take credit cards. I left and went to get cash and came back since they didn’t have an ATM. I signed in and sat and waited 20 minutes. They never acknowledged me or checked the sign in sheet. I ended up just leaving and going to Chic Nails and Spa down the street.
Ive been going here for many years. Overall Ive had every tech do my nails. I am almost always completely satisfied with few minor imperfections ever. They do balk at doing designs etc but they will do them and they turn out very nice. They fix ingrown nail on my toes and they are friendly. I have tried other salons over the years and always returned to Kims. There hours are convenient and they are close to home. I will continue going to Kims so long as I go for professional services
